Warranty Period
  • Devices Sold: Covered under manufacturer warranty where applicable (typically 1–12 months)

  • Used Devices (Toks): Covered for 14 to 60 days (depending on device condition and agreement)

  • Accessories & Parts: Covered for up to 30 days

  • Repairs (Workmanship): Covered for 7 to 30 days

All warranty periods begin from the date of purchase or service completion.

Warranty

GadcareRC provides warranty on:

  • Electronic devices sold directly by us (laptops, phones, accessories, etc.)

  • Parts replaced during repair services

  • Repair workmanship carried out by our technicians

Warranty details vary depending on the product or service and will be clearly stated at the point of sale or service completion.

What is Covered
  • Manufacturing defects (for new devices).

  • Functional faults in used devices under normal use.

  • Recurrence of the same issue previously repaired within 60 days.

  • Failure of replaced parts under normal operating conditions.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, pressure damage).

  • Liquid or moisture damage.

  • Power surge or electrical damage.

  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering.

  • Software issues (unless explicitly included).

  • Battery wear, accessories wear, or normal aging.

  • Damage caused by improper use or negligence.

Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Present proof of purchase or service (receipt/invoice).

  2. Return the device to GadcareRC for inspection.

  3. Our technicians will diagnose the issue.

  4. If covered, we will repair, replace, or service the device at no cost.

Note: Warranty does not guarantee replacement in all cases, repair is the primary solution.

Service Turnaround Time

Warranty claims will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of parts.

Data Responsibility

GadcareRC is not responsible for data loss during repair or inspection. Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before submitting devices.

Limitation of Liability

GadcareRC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business or productivity

  • Pre-existing faults not previously disclosed
